Shipping policy
Every antler is hand-cut, inspected, and packed in small batches before it ships. Here's exactly what to expect once you place an order with Heritage Antler Co.
1Where We Ship
We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. We don't offer international shipping at this time, but we're working on it join our newsletter for updates.
2Processing Time
Orders are hand-packed and typically leave our workshop within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods (holidays, restocks), processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order ships, along with tracking.
3Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All orders over $75 CAD ship free, coast to coast. Orders under that threshold ship at the flat rates below.

4Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then reach out and we'll sort it out.
5Delays & Exceptions
Severe weather, courier disruptions, and remote or rural addresses can occasionally extend delivery windows beyond our estimates. We'll always flag known delays by email where we can, but we can't guarantee exact delivery dates once a package leaves our hands.
6Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout we ship exactly what's entered. If your order hasn't shipped yet and you spot an error, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before it leaves the workshop.
7Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, if possible, photos. We'll work with the courier and make it right a replacement or refund, your choice.
